Returned Check Charge

All returned check will be charged a $50.00 fee.

Refund Policy

All refunds for returned product will be in the form of an Essential Kneads gift certificate.

Cancellation/No Show

• Please allow 24 hour cancellation notice.
• No show appointments will be charged a $15.00 fee.

For your convenience, Essential Kneads makes reminder calls the day before your appointment.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificate holders who no show more than once will lose use of gift certificate
• Gift certificates are good for 1 year only. No exceptions.
• All gift certificates expire on expiration date.
• Gift certificates are available as spa only or salon only certificates
• You may purchase a gift certificate for a specific Spa Package
• Salon and Spa gift certificates are used for salon use, spa use, or products.

Include lunch in your package from Marko’s.

• Package must be a minimum of 3 hours.
• Schedule appointments in advance offered Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm.
• Ask to see menu/lunch items only.
